This beautiful wisteria-clad red brick farmhouse sits on the edge of the New Forest just inside the Somerley Estate. Perfectly located for exploring the many walks and trails in the New Forest, visiting Bournemouth and the famous Dorset coast, half an hour’s drive south or visiting the Cathedral city of Salisbury, half an hour north. There are a number of supermarkets and good local pubs within a 15 minute drive of The Farmhouse, as well as some well known country house hotels a little further afield in the New Forest; such as Lime Wood and Chewton Glen, both of which offer spas and acclaimed restaurants. The house is surrounded by beautiful parkland and enjoys peace and quiet all year round whilst being easily accessible from the main road.

The Farmhouse is located on the Somerley Estate, a 7,000-acre Estate owned by the current custodians, Lord and Lady Normanton. Situated on the Hampshire and Dorset border, Somerley Estate is located just outside the New Forest, just moments away from the market town of Ringwood which has plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes to enjoy.
By Car
Approximately one and a half hours from London and just 20 minutes from Bournemouth
By Train
The nearest station is Bournemouth, however, the closest direct link from London is Southampton Airport Parkway. Equally Salisbury station is just 30minutes by car away.
By Air
Southampton Airport and Bournemouth International airport are just a short journey away, 30 minutes and 20 minutes respectively.
